Job summary

Massachusetts Bay Community College is seeking an SUCCESS Initiative Specialist to join the Student Development team in Wellesley Hills. You will support SUCCESS initiatives, help plan events, collect data on engagement, and prepare impact reports while collaborating with the Associate Director and campus partners.

You will supervise Peer Navigators, manage budgets, and coordinate with ACT leadership to ensure program effectiveness and equity outcomes for diverse student populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with several years of experience.
• Experience supervising employees or peer leaders.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft and office software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, implementation, and assessment of SUCCESS programs.
• Collect, analyze, and report engagement data to inform decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations demonstrating program impact.
• Provide administrative support and serve as a primary campus contact for SUCCESS.
• Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and quarterly/annual reports for SUCCESS.
• Lead logistical planning of SUCCESS initiatives and events.
• Coordinate with ACT leadership and campus partners to support Peer Navigators.
• Support policy development and data-informed program improvements.
