Job summary

MassBay Community College is seeking a SUCCESS Initiative Specialist to advance student engagement and equitable outcomes on the Wellesley campus. The role focuses on supporting SUCCESS initiatives and collaborating with campus partners to improve retention and progress toward graduation.

You will collect participation data, analyze trends, and prepare reports while assisting with budgeting, events, and program operations to ensure program impact and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with at least three years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience supervising employees, student workers, or peer leaders.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and event-planning skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support SUCCESS initiatives by planning, implementing, and assessing programs and events.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret student and program data to identify trends and improve strategies.
• Prepare reports and presentations demonstrating program impact and inform policy decisions.
• Serve as a primary SUCCESS contact on the Wellesley campus, delivering excellent customer service.
• Assist with SUCCESS budgets, invoicing, and quarterly/annual reporting.
• Lead logistical planning and vendor relations for SUCCESS events.
