Fusion Academy in Santa Barbara, CA seeks a Director of Student Services to shape each student’s academic path, guide families through enrollment, and ensure a memorable, life-changing campus experience.

You will partner with students and families to create personalized plans, manage schedules, and lead the enrollment and re-enrollment processes while collaborating with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, business, or related field.
• Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.
• Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life.
• Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success.
• Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success.
