Job summary

Fusion Academy, a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, is seeking a Director of Student Services in Los Angeles. You will guide families through enrollment, create personalized academic plans, and coordinate with teachers and counselors to support each student's success.

You will manage enrollment contracts and re-enrollment steps, build schedules for the 1-to-1 model, and champion the student experience while contributing to campus growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education, business, or related field.
• Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong communication and collaboration skills.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.

• Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (required) — preferably in education, business, or a related field.
• Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.

Pay Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $72,000.00 /Yr.
