Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited private school offering 1-to-1 education for grades 5-12. As Director of Student Services, you will shape each student’s academic path, guide families through enrollment, and ensure a memorable, life-changing experience on our campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in education, business, or related field.
• Background in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Florida residents require level 2 background screening.

Responsibilities

• Partner with each student and their family to create a personalized plan that supports their goals.
• Build and manage schedules that bring our 1-to-1 education model to life.
• Guide each family through the contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment process.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to set each student up for success.
• Champion the student experience while supporting your campus’s growth and success.
