Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5-12, where personalized education unlocks the full potential of each student. As Director of Student Services, you’ll shape each student’s academic path and guide families through enrollment.

You’ll partner with families to create personalized plans, manage schedules for our 1-to-1 model, and oversee enrollment and re-enrollment in collaboration with teachers and counselors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in education, business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Experience in education, counseling, or academic planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with each student and family to create a personalized plan.
• Build and manage schedules for the 1-to-1 education model.
• Guide families through contract, enrollment, and re-enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to support student success.
• Champion the student experience while supporting campus growth.
