Job summary

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is seeking a Student Success Coordinator for our San Jose campus. The SSC serves as the primary contact for student engagement, inquiries, and support, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the student information system and collaboration with the registrar to maintain compliant student records.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years administrative and organizational support experience.
• Be responsible, enthusiastic, reliable, organized and personable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student engagement and life activities, including governance meetings.
• Maintain accurate student records in the SIS and coordinate with registrar.
• Organize health screenings, background checks, and immunization accounts.
• Support graduation requirements and transcript processing.
• Assist audits and ensure compliance of student files.
