Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative and organizational support.
• Be responsible, enthusiastic, reliable, organized and personable.
• Able to work independently and as part of the campus administrative team.
• Dedication to supporting students in an academic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate student records entered into SIS weekly.
• Coordinate student engagement and governance program meetings.
• Plan and support student life activities and commencement committees.
• Track attendance and progress; ensure grades are finalized.
• Coordinate immunization compliance and student records audits.
• Distribute physical books as needed.
• Coordinate records for graduation and final checks.
