• Develop individualized student career educational plans.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of student progress in academic and career technical areas.
• Coordinate services for students to ensure retention and success in the program.
• Mentor and establish supportive relationships with students throughout their enrollment.
