Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Counselor to provide personal and career counseling to Job Corps students, supporting employability, enrollment, and completion of the program.

You will deliver comprehensive case management, identify barriers, develop individualized plans, and coordinate services across on-center and off-center teams while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and protect sensitive student information.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive one-on-one counseling to support student employability and program completion.
• Develop individualized Personal Career Development Plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student information.
• Coordinate services across departments to support retention and success.
• Monitor student progress in academics, career training, and life skills.
• Ensure timely documentation in the case management system.
