Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction.
• Minimum of one year of counseling or related experience.
• Job Corps or related program experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and meet company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct student counseling and individual student case management to support progress, retention and completion of the Job Corps program.
• Identify and remediate student barriers to success and develop individualized student career plans.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
• Mentor and supervise CPP program staff as needed and coordinate services on- and off-Center.
