Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree including 15 semester hours in Social Services.
• Minimum 1 year of counseling or related experience; Job Corps or residential youth experience preferred.
• Valid state Driver's License and insurability for occasional student transport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal, educational, and career counseling to students.
• Track and assess student progress; develop Personal Career Development Plans.
• Collaborate with residential staff and career teams for wrap-around support.
• Manage student progress evaluations and after-hours leadership programming.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate case notes under applicable standards.
• Provide supervision and operational support for assigned programs.
