Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is recruiting a Counselor for NH Job Corps in Manchester, NH. You will provide comprehensive personal, educational, and career-path counseling to students, guiding them toward jobs, college, or advanced training.

You will design and update Personal Career Development Plans, remove barriers to success, coordinate on-center and off-center services, and help students thrive in the modern workforce with integrity and care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction.
• Minimum of one year of counseling experience.
• Valid in-state driver's license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, educational, and career path counseling to students.
• Develop and update Personal Career Development Plans.
• Identify and remediate barriers to student success.
• Coordinate on-center and off-center services to maximize retention.
• Maintain a safe, respectful campus community.
• Track milestones using data systems and serve as Acting Counseling Manager when needed.
