Job summary

Adams And Associates Inc seeks a Counselor/CPP Manager to provide personal, educational and career counseling to Job Corps students in Drums, PA. You will develop individualized Personal Career Development Plans, monitor progress, and coordinate services on- and off-Center to support retention, completion, and successful employment outcomes.

The role requires supervising staff, maintaining a compliant case load, documenting progress in the management system, and upholding data confidentiality

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (including at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction) and at least 1 year of counseling experience.
• Valid in-State Driver's License and insurability per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal, educational and career counseling to students.
• Develop and update Personal Career Development Plans.
• Coordinate on-Center and off-Center services to support retention.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of student data.
• Supervise and mentor student support staff.
