Job summary

Responsibilities

• Student Support: provides coaching, academic support, career advising and financial literacy assistance, with focus on first-generation and low-income students.
• Assessment, Documentation and Reporting: monitors progress toward graduation, maintains records in Student Access, and analyzes data.
• Program Development and Evaluation: assists in developing resources and activities to support student success and grant objectives.
• Networking and Collaboration: interfaces with faculty, offices, alumni and staff to advance student success and retention.
