Job summary

Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, NE seeks a Coordinator of Student Support Services to support TRiO SSS participants, advise students, connect them to campus and community resources, assist with food pantry operations, and help with assessments and reporting.

Qualifications

• Past TRIO program experience or familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Student Support: provide coaching, academic support, career advising, and guidance toward improved performance.
• Assessment/Documentation: monitor progress, maintain records and analyze data.
• Program development/Evaluation: help with resources, outreach, and surveys to improve student success.
• Networking/Collaboration: work with faculty, advisors, and staff to support student retention.
