Job summary

• Past TRIO program participant or experience working in TRIO programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides intensive coaching, academic support and intervention, career advising, personal and cultural support, and financial aid and literacy assistance.
• Assist program participants with study skills, time management, organization and scholarship opportunities.
• Monitor progress, document student information, and analyze data using Excel and Student Access.
• Develop and evaluate resources, administer surveys and support campus/community connections.
