Colorado Mountain College seeks a TRIO Student Support Services Coordinator and Student Engagement & Success Coordinator to support first-generation, low-income and disabled students, and to enhance retention and completion. • Master’s degree in education, counseling or related field.
• Two years experience with populations similar to SSS participants.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to economically and educationally disadvantaged students.
• Experience in programs that improve access and success for underrepresented populations.

Responsabilidades

• Direct support of Student Participants: advising and educational planning.
• Data collection and reporting on program participants.
• Program outreach and promotion of services on campus.
• Coordinate tutoring, peer mentoring, and workshops.
• Collaborate with campus teams to support student success.
