Colorado Mountain College seeks a TRIO Student Support Services Coordinator/Student Engagement & Success Coordinator. The role combines advising, planning, and registration support for TRIO SSS participants, with a focus on first-generation and disadvantaged students.

The position is grant-funded with continued employment contingent on grant funding; duties may fluctuate to meet student needs, located on the Colorado campus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, counseling or related field with two years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with college academic requirements and disadvantaged student needs.
• Ability to administer and evaluate assessments; provide counseling and mentoring; maintain data.

Responsabilités

• Provide educational advising, career/life planning, and assist with registration for TRIO SSS.
• Support first-generation, low-income, and/or disabled students in compliance with TRIO SSS.
• Engage first-generation students to promote retention and completion.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to support student services and success initiatives.
