Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group support, collaboration with teachers, and data-driven progress monitoring. Training occurs at the year's start; US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with training provided at the start of the year.
• Coaching and mentoring across multiple student groups.
• Ability to work with teachers and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor elementary to high school students to improve academics.
• Plan and monitor individual student progress and support classroom instruction.
• Collaborate with teachers to collect and analyze student data.
