Job summary

Georgia Northwestern Technical College seeks a Student Success Coach to coordinate academic advising and student support on the Floyd County Campus, with travel to other campuses as needed.

The grant-funded, full-time position involves advising, progress monitoring, and retention efforts. It reports to the Director of Advisement and requires strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a regionally accredited college or university (minimum).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in adult education environments is desirable.
• Experience across multi-campus operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct focused academic advising and student support services.
• Assist students with progress review and retention activities.
• Develop and coordinate retention strategies for new and continuing students.
• Collect data and analyze statistics to inform program improvements.
