Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Counseling, Psychology, Student Affairs, or related field with three years of progressive experience, or a master's degree in education, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Experience with software applications and educational technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Advise students on university and program policies and refer them to campus resources.
• Maintain campus mandatory advising model with assigned advisees and support graduate students when applicable.
• Communicate via email, videoconference, and phone to support student success.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment to promote student growth.
