Job summary

State of Georgia, Augusta Technical College is seeking a Success Center Coordinator to oversee daily academic support, manage the Success Center across locations, and coordinate staff. The role emphasizes coordinating services for student success and retention efforts across campuses.

The position requires collaboration with academic and student affairs, development of interventions, and support for grant reporting while providing strong leadership and communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counselor education, counseling psychology, higher education administration, or a related field.
• Three to five years’ work experience in an educational environment with culturally diverse and/or at-risk student populations.
• Two to four years’ experience with program administration and development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and daily operations of the Success Center at all locations.
• Plan and develop goals, policies and procedures for Success Center operations and activities.
• Develop and implement interventions that increase student success, based on research and best practices.
• Monitor the use of the Success Center utilizing academic center management software and follow up on early alert referrals.
• Market Success Center services and hours of operations to students, faculty, staff, and college administration.
