Directs and manages day-to-day operations of Student Success and Testing Centers.
Supervises staff involved in tutoring, assessment, coaching, career, and intervention duties.
Oversees scheduling, services promotion, and quality assurance of staff communications.
Collaborates with faculty/admin to ensure services support course content and outcomes.
Assists with first-year experience programs and related courses as needed.
Leverages technology to collect data, generate reports, and improve efficiency.
Engages in planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the department.
Stays current on higher-ed initiatives to enhance student learning environments.
