Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration, Student Affairs, or related field with 2–3 years experience.
• Experience advising student organizations and planning student programs.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Knowledge of student development and leadership development theories.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with administrators on long and short-term strategic plans to support the college’s mission.
• Organizes and facilitates Arrupe College student programming, including evenings and weekends.
• Supervises the Coordinator of Student Life.
• Advises the SGAC and oversees Arrupe College’s student organizations.
• Plans Spirit of Arrupe Orientation and leadership development programs.
