You will develop data-driven programs, supervise staff, engage with employers, and build partnerships across campus, ensuring high-quality career education and opportunities for Loyola students.

Qualifications

• Masters degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years in student advising, career coaching, or employer relations.
• Knowledge of career development theory and practice in higher education.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to design and present programs/workshops.
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, reporting, and assessment for the Career Development Center.
• Provide career coaching to Loyola students, covering exploration, resumes, branding, interviewing.
• Develop and implement career education programming for diverse student populations.
• Supervise staff, conduct regular meetings, and manage performance.
