Qualifications

• Ability to use FERPA guidelines when interacting with students.

Responsibilities

• Provide year-round, proactive coaching and guidance to students.
• Advise undergraduates on academic opportunities, requirements, and success strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to support retention, degree completion, and student engagement.
