Job summary

Qualifications

• Must enroll in no fewer than 6 credit hours during term.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite as demonstrated in materials.
• Experience providing high quality customer service.
• Maintain good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist students through outreach and case management using KU's systems.
• Engage with campus resources and referrals; document interactions.
• Support program improvement and ongoing training.
