Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in case management, advising, advocacy, or related setting preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain professional boundaries.
• Experience in higher education, student affairs, or retention programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of approximately 50 undergraduate students.
• Initiate timely outreach through approved channels to identify and address students' needs.
• Conduct initial needs assessments and develop student-centered action plans.
• Maintain regular contact, monitor progress, and revise plans as needed.
• Coordinate referrals to academic, financial, health, wellness, and advising resources.
