Qualifications

• Experience: 0-2 years in educational support, youth mentorship, or case management.
• Skills: strong relationship-building, communication, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Technology: proficiency with learning management systems and educational technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with registration and enrollment for new students.
• Support student orientation to set up for success.
• Serve as case manager for a cohort, monitoring attendance.
• Lead retention efforts through proactive outreach and barrier removal.
• Support recruitment efforts and one-on-one academic interventions.
• Collaborate with student support teams to track learning pathways.
