Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with students referred by staff, parents, or reports and document information.
• Run and analyze reports to identify attendance, discipline, referrals or other issues.
• Coordinate intervention methods with counselors or social workers based on referrals and analysis.
• Set up appointments between identified students and a counselor or social worker.
• Provide follow up and regular monitoring of referred students.
