Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year of experience working with at-risk youth.
• Fluency in language of the target population is preferred.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License is required; Maricopa County food handler's card at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison to connect parents, staff, and students to resources and on-campus support programs.
• Maintains databases from campus, family, and community engagement supports for compliance and reporting.
• Coordinates partnerships with community agencies and volunteers, including documentation and contracts.
• Works with administrators and staff to refer students and families to outside services (medical, dental, mental health, social services).
• Collects data and compiles monthly reports on program effectiveness and district-wide needs.
• Organizes campus scheduling and ensures trained facilitators are available for mandated groups and interventions.
• Oversees volunteer clearance procedures and supports campus participation with social service staff.
• Conducts home visits and delivers food boxes or supplies per protocols.
