Job summary

Phoenix Union High School District 210 is seeking a Family Engagement Liaison to connect families with school resources and programs. The role supports engagement efforts, inputs student service data, and assists with enrollment and access to activities.

You will work with the Family & Community Engagement Coordinators to plan workshops, communicate with parents, maintain records, and help ensure eligible students receive appropriate services while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Fluency in the language of the target population served preferred.
• One year experience working with families and high school students.
• A valid Arizona State Driver's License is required
• Possess an Arizona Department of Public Service IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Family & Community Engagement staff to plan and implement parent workshops, events and meetings.
• Provide parental support to remove barriers to learning and assist with goal setting and SEL skills.
• Connect families to staff, teachers or programs to ensure access to information and services.
• Assist with enrollment processes and connecting families to extracurricular activities.
• Process and review data from applications and intakes to determine aid eligibility and monitor ongoing participation.
• Encode breakfast/lunch tickets as required to maintain Provision Two status.
• Maintain records and follow district policies and privacy guidelines.
• Support home visits with resources and information sharing.
• Prepare required reports and perform general clerical tasks.
