Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Education, Psychology, Counseling or related field preferred.
• Experience in academic advising, student success or intervention programming is valued.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with educational technology and student information systems.
• Commitment to data-informed decision-making and data analysis for program assessment.
• Experience working with underrepresented or at‑risk student populations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic advising to continuing students including course selection and degree planning.
• Identify and support academically at‑risk students through early-alert systems.
• Deliver academic success interventions via workshops, coaching sessions, and individual plans.
• Collaborate with faculty, TRIO staff, and campus services to implement success strategies.
• Track progress and document advising sessions and outcomes.
• Lead development of academic success plans for students on probation or warning.
• Assist in training student workers and success coaches as needed.
