Job summary

Ross Education Holdings, Inc. Worthington campus is opening a new location and seeking a Student Success Advisor to support hybrid students and ensure retention and successful program completion.

The role emphasizes collaboration with campus staff and corporate partners, documentation accuracy, and strong customer-service skills. The SSA will help with orientations, financial aid processing, and liaison tasks while maintaining compliance with ABHES, federal, and state standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required, plus 2+ years in banking, office admin, or customer-service roles.
• Ability to work two evenings per week and handle confidential information.
• Experience in a post-secondary education setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead student retention activities for hybrid Ross College Online programs.
• Assist with orientations and basic Canvas LMS support.
• Provide Financial Aid processing and enrollment support at the campus kiosk.
• Serve as liaison to CFAO for questions and appointments.
• Handle accounts receivable tasks and payment/document collection at campus level.
• Support Career Services and assist with externships and graduation material.
