Qualifications

• Some college coursework required.
• Minimum 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an education setting.
• Eligible to access and maintain NSLDS; not in default of Title IV Federal aid.

Responsibilities

• Assist new student enrollment by answering queries and outlining funding options.
• Develop financial plans and timelines for applicants to ensure financial preparedness.
• Monitor student accounts and evaluate awards to promote positive outcomes.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Faculty and support services to aid student success.
• Document interactions accurately in the designated system.
