Job summary

The Advisor will provide comprehensive counseling, assist with academic planning, financial aid, FAFSA completion, and recruit eligible participants. Strong TRIO or similar program experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with TRIO or similar educational opportunity programs.
• Experience providing academic advising, college access counseling, financial aid assistance, FAFSA completion, or related student support services.
• Experience working with low-income, first-generation, adult, or underserved students or prospective students.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional student support and advising for EOC TRIO participants.
• Assist with academic planning, college admissions, and financial aid processes.
• Coordinate outreach, workshops, and informational sessions; maintain program records and databases.
