Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited four‑year college and two years of professional experience in one of the student services program areas.
• A master’s degree may substitute for one year of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of organizational management, interviewing techniques, and student advising.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, relational, and holistic academic advising to undergraduate students.
• Develop campaigns to increase retention and reduce equity gaps.
• Maintain a student tracking database and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus departments and advising teams for a seamless experience.
