The position requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with experience in student services; a master’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent from an accredited four-year college in a job-related field and two years of professional experience in student services or a related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience. Relevant experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, relational academic advising to undergraduate students.
• Support students in navigating their academic journey from matriculation to graduation.
• Develop campaigns to increase retention and reduce equity gaps.
• Maintain student tracking databases and utilize campus advising tools.
