Responsibilities

• Recruitment and advising from admissions through graduation.
• Help students explore career pathways and connect with supports.
• Assist with education plans, course schedules, and progress tracking.
• Provide real-time interventions and proactive advising.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to meet student needs.
• Build relationships with K-12 partners and community organizations.
• Support special populations (e.g., TRIO, ADA, veterans).
