Job summary

NEOMED seeks an Accommodations & Retention Coordinator to manage student accommodation requests, confidential records, and collaborative services with USASC and Testing Services. The role supports at-risk students with assessments, interventions, and progress tracking, while delivering workshops on retention and accessibility in compliance with ADA and Title IX.

The position focuses on data-driven department leadership, including reporting and accreditation support within a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, psychology, or a relevant field.
• Two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage student accommodation requests and confidential records.
• Coordinate communication among students, faculty, staff, and USASC; ensure compliance with ADA and Title IX collaboration.
• Assist with testing services to provide accommodated exam proctoring.
• Administer and interpret academic skills assessments and develop targeted interventions for at-risk students.
• Conduct workshops and trainings related to retention support services for stakeholders.
• Lead department administration including data entry, reporting, and accreditation data requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
