Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with some college coursework.
• 18 months experience in office supervision or student services.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Management - Create and manage work schedules for dozens of shift-based student employees across multiple roles and locations.
• Time Tracking & Payroll - Review, correct, and submit timesheets for our student workforce using available software systems; verify timesheet accuracy and ensure timely payroll processing.
• Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate system access, privileges, and all required training for new hires; monitor progress and ensure smooth transitions for incoming and departing employees.
• Student Staff Supervision & Evaluation - Contribute performance insights that inform employee evaluations and assist with staff selection and data compilation.
