Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a Student Services Program Manager for MCW-Central Wisconsin to advance student success, wellness, engagement, and professional development.

The role coordinates academic support, student life activities, and budget management across the campus, while partnering with Student Affairs and stakeholders to enhance the student experience. Responsibilities include organizing orientations, advising, residency exploration support, and data-driven program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop student activities, programming and advising services to help students grow personally and professionally.
• Collaborate with Admissions and campus stakeholders to support student recruitment through interview day programming, campus visits, and outreach.
• Oversee planning and implementation of MCW-Central Wisconsin New Student Orientation.
• Coordinate residency application activities with ERAS timelines and resources.
• Support residency Match activities including SOAP in collaboration with Career Services and campus leadership.
• Develop, implement and maintain program materials, databases and reports; monitor and disseminate program data.

Bachelor’s degree

Master’s degree in Education, Psychology or Counseling
