Job summary

UW–Eau Claire is seeking a Student Processing Specialist to support Blugold Central, handling financial aid, registration, student records, and billing through in‑person, phone, and online channels.

Under supervision of the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, you will assist with academic records, parking, enrollment, and campus services, ensuring accurate transactions and a culture of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, answer questions, facilitate transactions, and resolve issues in registration, enrollment, financial aid, academic records, and billing.
• Create written procedures and update as needed.
• Assist with student financial accounts, including payments, holds, refunds, and online payments.
• Provide general financial aid information and guide students through application processes and eligibility.
• Explain holds on student accounts and assist with removing holds.
