Job summary

UW-Eau Claire's Blugold Central is seeking a Student Processing Specialist to assist students with academic records, financial aid, enrollment, billing, and parking transactions. You will work with campus experts to deliver service excellence in walk-in, phone, and virtual environments.

The role reports to the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management and will help students with information/transactions across registration, CampS, Schedule Builder, and degree audits, ensuring timely resolution

Responsibilities

• Provide information, answer questions, facilitate transactions, and resolve issues in registration, enrollment, financial aid, student records, and related services.
• Create written procedures during training and update as needed.
• Assist students with financial accounts, payments, and parking transactions.
• Advise students on FERPA regulations and campus policies.
