Job summary

Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Site Assistant in Victorville, CA to support student services at our sites. You will help with attendance, data entry, scheduling, student records, managing the payment portal and program fees, and assisting with snack program coordination and material preparation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; 48 semester units or 60 quarter units or pass pre-employment test.
• Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Must pass Live Scan background check and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Assists Site Program Manager with scheduling and student check-in/check-out.
• Interacts with parents during drop-off and pick-up periods.
• Organizes and prepares educational materials and stores resources.
• Enters information into spreadsheets and records; protects personal information.
• Assists with payment portal management and program fee tracking.
• Coordinates snack program and inventories food products.
• Performs general office duties and assists with room cleanup as needed.
• Serves as a positive role model for students and staff.
