Job summary

Think Together is seeking a part-time Site Assistant to support school-based programs at the Sunnyvale site. You will help with attendance, student check-in/out, material preparation, data entry, and family interactions, while assisting with the snack program and general administration.

The role emphasizes organization, confidentiality, and a positive model for students, staff, and volunteers. Shifts may require flexing to cover for staff and participate in coaching as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and write standard English appropriate in a public-school setting.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Basic data entry and spreadsheet usage for attendance and records.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Program Manager with scheduling and student check-in/out processes.
• Interact with parents during drop off and pick up.
• Organize and prepare educational materials and resources for use in classrooms.
• Enter information into spreadsheets and records; protect personal information.
