Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years’ experience working with students.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered service to prospective students and families regarding the college, admissions, and financial aid processes.
• Assist applicants through the application and financial aid process.
• Develop and expand New Student Orientation and other onboarding communications and services.
• Coordinate and evaluate orientation for new students and recruitment programs for transfer/non-traditional students.
• Plan and implement student activities and events that promote belonging, involvement, and success.
• Participate in on/off-campus recruitment events and guide enrollment through appropriate offices.
• Coordinate campus testing center operations and assist with student payments as needed.
• Oversee student workers and serve on college committees.
