Middle Tennessee State University is seeking a Specialist - Recruitment in Undergraduate Recruitment. Reporting to the Director, you will support the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students through on-campus recruitment activities, student engagement, and event programming.

As the primary contact for prospective students and families visiting MTSU, you will provide information, assist with campus tours, and represent the university professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year of full-time experience in higher education.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospective students and families.
• Assist with on-campus recruitment events and campus tours.
• Maintain regular communication with prospective students.
• Support recruitment initiatives and special projects.
• Collaborate with campus partners to provide a positive and seamless prospective student experience.
• Evening and weekend work to support recruitment events.
