Responsibilities

• Make decisions on holds; waive late fees and health service fees.
• Assist students with transcripts, enrollment records, and degree certifications.
• Explain university policies to students, parents, and staff.
• Provide guidance on programs and funds and advise on financial options.
• Summarize data and prepare reports and presentations.
• May train and supervise staff, volunteers, and temporary workers.
• Advise students on academic progress and financial policies.
• Assist with outreach and process improvements.
